Open a support ticket
Once inside the Discord server, open a ticket. This lets us communicate with you privately about your design.
Provide your email address in the ticket
Be sure to include a valid email address. This is how we’ll send you the invoice.
Receive and pay the invoice
We will send an invoice to your email. Once you make the payment, we’ll begin working on your custom design/livery.
Design phase / production
After payment is confirmed, our team will create your custom design according to your request.
Delivery & closing the order
When the design is delivered to you, we will mark your order as completed and close your ticket.
